Vendors Wanted - with a British twist!
If you want to be a vendor we have special rates available - but only a limited
amount of space. Contact us immediately to reserve a booth or a table.

All Food Vendors will be required to obtain a Permit from the Fraser Valley
Health Department
Commercial Booths with table - approx 10 ft - starting from $150 (depending
on type of Booth and if exclusive category)
(20ft available starting at $200)
Tables provided are a basic 6ft table - not fancy - and probably need to be
covered!
Your booth comes with a chair - please request extra chairs if needed ($1
each)
Electrical Outlet is $25 per booth - please request at time of booking as
we have access to a limited number of electric outlets.
Commercial Free Standing Tables (No booth) - $125
Non Profit Club/Group Tables - $100 (very limited space for this category
so please book early)
All Fees are subject to tax - and are payable one month in advance of the
event
(Booths not paid for by September 20th will give up their space automatically
without further consultation)
All vendors must have products or services directly
of interest to the British community
Absolutely no items of general interest please as space is limited and we
need to offer that
space to those targeting the British community.
We are also looking for the following:
A self contained Food Vendor selling Traditional British Fish and Chips (not
fries)!
British Antiques Booth wanted
Family History - Tracing British Roots
99 Ice Cream with Flake seller
A booth selling Soccer kits or associated Sports products
